Intro

My name is Nigel Dyke. After 20 years of experience leading major architectural projects, I now run ConsultNHD. My role is to provide advice, ideally at an early stage to enable you to successfully develop and deliver your property related project.

Work

Having worked in the construction and development sector for many years, I now give consultancy advice to individuals and private or public sector organisations about their property, development and planning projects.

Typically providing strategic advice and feasibility studies at the early stage of a project. Support can also include brief development, peer review, advice on consultants and project coordination.

Sarah McQartt, Service Director – New Homes, Alliance Homes
